Version 1.0.0 — Platform Launch Augustl 2025
Today we are proud to announce the official launch of Healthaide. This first release delivers the core infrastructure clinics, med spas, and consumer health brands need to launch, manage, and scale a full telehealth operation. Every feature in this release reflects what we have learned from years inside the healthcare industry and what we know it takes to run a compliant, efficient, and patient-centered telehealth practice.
What is Included in This Release
Branded Patient Portal
A fully white label patient-facing portal carrying your logo, colors, and domain. Patients complete intake, attend visits, track prescriptions, review lab results, and message their care team without ever leaving your branded experience.
AI Powered Medical Intake
Intelligent intake forms that adapt in real time based on patient responses. Clinicians receive complete, structured patient information before the visit begins. No redundant questions, no missing data, no back and forth.
Async and Sync Telehealth Visits
Run asynchronous visits that do not require a live provider or schedule real time video consultations. Both visit types are fully documented and managed inside the platform.
Prescription Fulfillment
From provider approval to pharmacy dispatch, prescriptions move through the platform automatically. Orders route directly to integrated pharmacy partners, medications ship to the patient, and tracking is visible inside the patient portal.
Integrated Lab Ordering and Review for Hormone Therapy (Beta)
