Healthaide is one of the fastest growing telehealth platforms in the country and we are looking for ambitious, motivated sales representatives to grow with us. In this role you will introduce med spas, functional medicine clinics, consumer health brands, and telehealth practices to the Healthaide platform and help them launch or scale their telehealth operation. This is a commission based opportunity for sales professionals who want to build long term recurring income while helping healthcare businesses grow.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reach out to clinics, med spas, and health brands to present the Healthaide platform

• Conduct product demos and discovery calls to show how Healthaide solves their specific operational challenges

• Close new client accounts and manage ongoing relationships through the sales cycle

• Execute follow ups through automated email, phone, and SMS outreach tools

• Collaborate with our internal team to maximize outreach success and client conversion

• Grow into leadership by training and managing your own sales team once you prove your performance

What You Have

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship building skills

• Experience in sales, marketing, or software preferred

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a personal sales pipeline

• Comfortable with cold outreach and follow up automation tools

• Eager to learn, adapt, and grow with a fast moving company

Nice to Haves

• Existing network in healthcare, wellness, med spas, or health brands

• Experience in B2B or SaaS sales

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or additional languages

• Familiarity with telehealth, clinical operations, or healthcare software

Earnings

This role is fully commission based with significant potential for recurring monthly income and performance bonuses.

• $500 one time bonus for every referred close

• $1,000 one time bonus for every client you fully close

• 20% recurring monthly commission on every active client subscription for as long as the client remains active

• Quarterly performance bonuses for high performing representatives

Commission by plan:

• Brand Launch $499/mo: $99.80/mo recurring

• Brand Scale $699/mo: $139.80/mo recurring

• Clinic Launch $599/mo: $119.80/mo recurring

• Clinic Scale $799/mo: $159.80/mo recurring

• Enterprise: 20% of contracted monthly fee

Close 10 Clinic Scale clients per month:

• $2,000 in close bonuses every month

• $1,598/mo in recurring commissions after month one

By month three:

• 30 active clients on your book

• $4,794/mo in recurring commissions

• $2,000 in close bonuses on top

By month six:

• 60 active clients on your book

• $9,588/mo in recurring commissions

• $2,000 in close bonuses on top

• Total monthly earnings approaching $11,588/mo

Setup fees average $5,000 to $10,000 per client:

• 10 closes per month at $6,000 average setup fee generates $60,000 in setup revenue monthly

• Additional commissionable income on every setup fee closed
