What You Do

You will see patients remotely across specialties including urgent care, primary care, and medical weight loss. Your day to day includes:

• Conducting virtual consultations via video, phone, and async written care

• Obtaining patient histories, documenting findings, and developing treatment plans

• Managing chronic care and acute episodic cases within your scope

• Communicating clearly with other providers and care team members

• Educating patients on their conditions and building their confidence in their care plan

• Contributing feedback that improves clinical processes and patient outcomes

Physicians are not required to manage patient chat communications unless clinically necessary. Additional opportunities for physicians include oversight of Nurse Practitioners within the Healthaide network, as well as Medical Director roles serving med spas and brick and mortar clinics.

What You Have

Minimum 3 years experience in family practice, primary care, or urgent care

• Active and unrestricted NP or MD/DO licensure in at least one US state

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and basic patient tech support

Nice To have

Full Practice Authority designation (NPs)

• DEA registration and experience prescribing controlled substances

• Spanish fluency

• Night and weekend shift availability

• Experience in medical weight loss or functional medicine

Earnings

• $5 per asynchronous visit

• $10 per Good Faith Exam

• $15 per synchronous visit

• $20 per synchronous visit for lab reviews

• Additional income available for NP oversight and Medical Director engagements (physicians)

• Earning potential up to $250,000 annually based on volume and availability
