Medical Providers and Licensure
Healthaide LLC provides a technology platform and administrative support that helps businesses offer telemedicine services to their patients and customers. Clinical services delivered through Healthaide-supported programs are fulfilled by Healthaide Medical Group P.C., a physician-owned professional corporation that serves as the licensed provider network on behalf of the businesses and brands we support.
Medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment decisions, and prescriptions are provided by licensed clinicians based on medical necessity and clinical judgment. Healthaide LLC does not practice medicine and does not direct clinical decision-making.
This page explains who provides clinical care through Healthaide-supported programs, how licensure is handled, how we comply with federal and state telemedicine rules, and how you can verify credentials or request additional information.

Clinical Care is Delivered by Licensed Professionals
Clinical services are provided through Healthaide Medical Group P.C., the physician-owned professional corporation that supports clinical fulfillment on behalf of the clinics, brands, and operators using the Healthaide platform. The Healthaide Medical Group P.C. provider network includes:
Physicians (MD and DO)
Nurse Practitioners (NP)
Physician Assistants (PA)
Clinicians provide care only when they are properly licensed and authorized to treat patients located in the patient's state at the time of care, and only when telehealth is permitted for the requested service under applicable state and federal requirements.
The specific clinician available to you may depend on:
The state you are physically located in at the time you request care The service requested Clinical appropriateness based on your medical history and reported symptoms State-specific requirements for modality, supervision, collaboration, or in-person evaluation
Healthaide Medical Group P.C.
Healthaide Medical Group P.C. is the physician-owned professional corporation through which clinical fulfillment is provided on behalf of Healthaide-supported businesses and brands. When a clinic or brand using the Healthaide platform requires provider coverage in a state where they are not independently licensed, Healthaide Medical Group P.C. supplies licensed clinicians to fulfill that care in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements.
Clinicians affiliated with Healthaide Medical Group P.C. exercise independent medical judgment when evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients. Clinical decision-making is never directed by the business or brand on whose behalf care is being delivered, nor by Healthaide LLC.
Healthaide LLC provides the software and administrative infrastructure used to support telehealth workflows, patient intake, scheduling, communications, documentation, and related non-clinical operations. Healthaide LLC does not own, control, or direct the clinical operations of Healthaide Medical Group P.C.
When a clinic using the Healthaide platform is independently licensed in a given state and manages its own providers, care in that state is delivered by the clinic's own licensed clinicians rather than through Healthaide Medical Group P.C.

Clinicians who prescribe controlled substances maintain DEA registration as required by law. For safety and diversion-prevention reasons, DEA numbers are not displayed publicly. DEA information can be provided to regulators and verified parties upon request through legal@healthaide.io.
Licensure and Where Care is Available
Telehealth services are available in all 50 U.S. states. State licensure is subject to change due to regulatory requirements and active licensure status.
Clinicians deliver care only when they are licensed and authorized for the patient's location at the time of care. If legal or clinical requirements are not met, clinicians may require additional information, updated laboratory testing, a follow-up visit, an in-person evaluation, or they may decline to prescribe.
Location Verification
Because licensure and prescribing rules depend on where you are physically located, we may ask you to confirm your location during:
Account creation or intake Scheduling The start of a synchronous clinical visit Refill or follow-up workflows Upon login
If you are not located in an eligible state for a specific service at the time of care, your clinician may be unable to provide treatment or prescribe certain medications.
How to Verify Clinician Credentials
You may verify clinician licensure using state medical board or state licensing board license lookup tools.
If you want help verifying credentials, requesting a state license number, or confirming which clinicians are available in your state for a specific service, contact:
support@healthaide.io for patient support and general routing legal@healthaide.io for compliance and regulator routing
State license numbers are available upon request.
Federal and State Compliance for Telehealth Prescribing
Healthaide-supported programs follow applicable state and federal laws and professional standards, including requirements related to:
Clinician licensure and scope of practice
Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant supervision and collaboration requirements where applicable
Patient identity verification and eligibility verification
Appropriate clinical evaluation prior to prescribing
Documentation and recordkeeping requirements
Required follow-up care and monitoring
Controlled substance prescribing rules that vary by state and medication
Controlled Substance Telemedicine Rules
Some medications are regulated as controlled substances under federal and state law. Testosterone is an anabolic-androgenic steroid regulated as a Schedule III controlled substance under federal law.
Federal law generally requires an in-person medical evaluation before prescribing controlled substances, with defined telemedicine exceptions. Federal agencies have also issued temporary telemedicine flexibilities allowing controlled substance prescribing via telemedicine under specific conditions.
Healthaide-supported programs follow these federal requirements and apply additional safeguards for controlled substance prescribing. We also follow state-specific rules including any in-person or modality requirements, and we do not prescribe when legal requirements are not met.
Prescribing Standards and Clinical Evaluation
Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate and permitted by law. Prescribing decisions are not made solely from an online questionnaire.
Depending on the medication and the patient's situation, a clinician may require:
A synchronous telehealth visit including audio-video where required A review of medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications Review of relevant laboratory results when clinically indicated Ongoing monitoring and follow-up visits on a defined cadence Additional testing, documentation, or in-person evaluation when required by law or clinical judgment
Testosterone Prescribing and Diversion Safeguards
Testosterone may be prescribed only when clinically appropriate, supported by required evaluation, and permitted under applicable state and federal requirements.
Healthaide-supported programs use operational and clinical safeguards designed to minimize diversion and misuse of controlled substances including testosterone. These safeguards may include:
Identity verification and account integrity checks
Clinical appropriateness checks based on patient-reported history and contraindications
Laboratory currency requirements when clinically indicated for initiation and continuation
Refill timing controls and refill-window enforcement
Required synchronous follow-up visits for ongoing therapy when clinically indicated or required by law
Additional verification triggers for high-risk patterns including early refill requests, repeated lost or stolen claims, inconsistent usage reports, frequent address changes, and discrepancies in reported treatment history
Review of prescription history tools such as state prescription monitoring checks where required or permitted by law
Documentation and audit logs of clinical encounters, prescribing decisions, and refill authorization actions
If a request indicates elevated diversion risk or does not meet clinical or legal requirements, the clinician may require additional verification, modify the treatment plan, defer prescribing, or deny the request.
Pharmacy Dispensing and Medication Delivery
Healthaide does not warehouse, stock, or dispense prescription medications or controlled substances.
If a clinician issues a prescription, dispensing and shipping are handled by licensed third-party pharmacies, subject to pharmacy policies and applicable law.
If a shipment is reported lost, stolen, or missing, replacement requests may require additional verification and may be denied based on clinical judgment, safety considerations, and legal requirements.
